China Cultural Exchange Trip

During a 10-day cultural exchange trip from Italy to China with 20 International high school students, I organized visa documents for students and teachers, connected with legal services, and helped Italian students and teachers smoothly travel within China. However, not without hardships as during the trip my headmistress' Chinese translator suddenly canceled which jeopardized the headmistress' solo Beijing school visits the next day. Drawing upon my network, I quickly secured a reliable translation company, turning potential chaos into a seamless experience that sparked intercultural growth for all. This experience refined my crisis management and program coordination skills.

Every year, I lead a collaborative project with my students to transform our school cafeteria into an immersive cultural space for the Spring Festival. This isn't just about decoration; it’s a living curriculum.

Mid-Autumn Poetry & Culture Exchange

I have had the privilege of producing this large-scale campus celebration for two consecutive years, transforming our school into a 'family' through the magic of Chinese tradition.

Managing a team of student performers and volunteers, I coordinated a multilingual program spanning Chinese, English, and Italian. That was ultimately featured by Xinhua News, reaching a national audience. More importantly, it turned our school into a family, weaving a new chapter of tradition through shared stories, music, and Tai Chi.
